Built an AI-powered WhatsApp automation system that handles customer inquiries, guides users from product discovery to order placement, and validates payments seamlessly. The system supports multilingual, human-like conversations across text, voice (audio transcription), and image-based inputs, including product screenshots and payment proofs. It uses real-time product data and pricing fetched dynamically from Google Sheets, allowing human teams to update catalogs instantly. Advanced image recognition links customer-shared images directly to the correct products and ads. All orders, payments, and follow-ups are automated and tracked centrally via Google Sheets. A secure WhatsApp-style web dashboard enables teams to switch between AI and human modes, manage chats, and share media in real time.

Built an async AI-powered Telegram bot that replies instantly to user messages without any human intervention. Incoming messages are captured via n8n webhooks, where Google Gemini generates natural, human-like responses in real time. When users qualify, the bot seamlessly collects their name and email and stores them in Google Sheets for lead tracking. The entire workflow runs in seconds using only n8n, Telegram, Gemini, and Google Sheets—no paid tools, no heavy code. The same automation logic can be extended to Instagram DMs for cross-platform lead generation.
